Olfana is a fragrance community for adults. Child sexual abuse and exploitation has no place in it, in any form. This page sets out what we prohibit, how to report it, what we do when we receive a report, and who to contact.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. There is no context, no artistic framing and no claimed intent that makes it acceptable on Olfana.
The following are forbidden without exception:
This applies to every part of the app: usernames, display names, profile photographs, biographies, reviews, posts, photographs, comments, lists and layering recipes.
An account used for any of the above is terminated permanently, its content is removed, and the matter is reported to the authorities as described below.
Olfana is a public community product and it is not directed at children. You must be 16 or older to create an account, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not operate a parental- or guardian-consent process.
If you believe an account belongs to someone under 16, tell us at the contact address below and we will remove it.
Every piece of member-made content, and every member profile, can be reported from inside the app:
You need a verified account to file a report. Reports are confidential: the member you report is not told who reported them.
Never send us the material itself. Do not attach, forward or re-upload suspected child sexual abuse material to us or to anyone else — in many countries possessing or transmitting it is a criminal offence, even to report it. Send us the username and a description of where it appears in the app. That is enough for us to find it.
You can block any member from the same ⋯ menu. Once blocked, their content is hidden from you and they cannot see yours; they disappear from your feeds, from search and from profiles.
Blocking is not reporting. Blocking is a private setting and does not tell us anything. If content breaks these standards, please report it as well — otherwise we will not know it exists.
So that you know what to expect: review is carried out by people, not by automated detection systems, and we are a small team without a round-the-clock response desk. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or police first — do not wait for us.
Where we confirm that content is child sexual abuse material, we:
We will cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and with the relevant child-protection authority in the jurisdictions where we operate.
Our designated point of contact for child-safety matters, including reports from law enforcement and from child-protection organisations, is:
olfanasupport@gmail.com — please use the subject line “Child safety”.
Remember not to attach suspected material to your email. A username and a description are enough.
